Note to self: when driving straight to Atlanta from Orlando, make sure you have plenty of snacks and conversation… Thankfully, we never have problems on those fronts!
At 5:30 am on July 15, Collage Home owners Jack Hanson and Grant Gribble set out with myself in tow for the Atlanta International Home & Gift Market. I was designated back seat sous chef during the ride, assembling ham and cheese croissants with the least mess possible and dishing out the Classic Lays chips.
We dished on the weather, the traffic, the economic climate, the Presidential race (Oh dear!) and of course our plans for new treasures coming to Collage Home. At Collage, we pride ourselves on offering items that you won’t find at every other store on the block. There is no place better to find those special items than at a market packed with unique showrooms and collections… needless to say, the weekend was a success!
We had a great time together in Atlanta, and the new treasures are just starting to come in. We’re so excited for you to see everything we hand-picked just for the store!

1,000 thanks to Jack for not only chauffeuring us the entire 876 miles (He most deservedly wins the Driver of the Year award for the simple fact that he exited at all the right places… Chick-Fil-A and Dairy Queen… no questions asked), but for also having such a great eye for buying. Having owners so invested in the buying process is evident in our showroom—everything is picked with love!
Collage Home is very lucky to have a talented mix of buyers and merchandisers, each with their own tastes and aesthetics, that complement each other so well. Jack, with his eye for buying, Grant, a gifted interior designer, and myself each bring something special to the table. After all—it’s in the mix, not the match!
